Real Community Services in Lawnton is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to assist a participant with daily routines, appointments and community participation.
You will support mornings, check that medications are self-administered, provide transport to hydrotherapy and physiotherapy on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and accompany the participant on weekend outings, helping foster independence and confidence.
