Job Responsibilities:
- Optimising the current after-sales service stations and build-up aftersales service network;
- Maintain communication and management with the existing service stations;
- Conduct comprehensive and systematic training for the after-sales service stations, including the operation training of the after-sales service system;
- Conduct comprehensive and systematic new truck driving training and operation training for end users;
- Carry out necessary truck maintenance services；
- After-sales service complaint calls answering;
- Settlement with SITRAK dealer service station
- Training for new after-sales technical service staff;
- Manage after-sales service team, set up after-sales service system;
- Regularly conduct the product technical problems summary and sorting;
- Analysis of technical characteristics of competitive products in the industry.
