Immediate Opportunity Scalabl is seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to join our Perth team immediately. Due to strong client demand and several significant transformation engagements commencing, we are looking for someone who can commence in August 2026.
Please Note: ✔ This position is based in Perth, Western Australia. ✔ This is an office-based consulting role, with consultants working collaboratively from our Perth office and attending client sites as required. ✔ Applications will only be considered from candidates who currently reside in Perth and have unrestricted Australian working rights. Key Responsibilities As an Agile Delivery Lead, you will: Delivery Leadership
✔ Partner with Product Owners to improve delivery capability and team performance.
✔ Lead sprint planning, delivery planning and operational coordination.
✔ Facilitate Agile ceremonies including planning, reviews, retrospectives and team alignment sessions.
✔ Identify and proactively manage delivery risks, issues and dependencies.
✔ Coordinate work across multiple Agile teams.
Product Owner
Enablement
✔ Reduce operational overhead for Product Owners, enabling greater focus on:
✔ Product strategy
✔ Roadmaps
✔ Stakeholder engagement
✔ Product discovery
✔ Prioritisation
✔ Value realisation Agile Ways of Working
✔ Embed consistent Agile delivery practices across teams.
✔ Coach delivery teams in Agile principles and continuous improvement.
✔ Improve planning disciplines and delivery cadence.
✔ Support adoption of scalable delivery practices.
Atlassian & Portfolio Visibility
✔ Optimise Jira and Confluence usage.
✔ Improve Atlassian adoption and reporting.
✔ Align delivery activities with OKRs.
✔ Improve transparency of initiatives, priorities and dependencies.
✔ Support development of portfolio-level reporting across multiple Product Owners.
Continuous
Improvement
✔ Identify opportunities to improve delivery maturity.
✔ Refine delivery playbooks and operating practices.
✔ Capture lessons learned and recommend improvements.
✔ Support evolution of enterprise Agile operating models. These responsibilities closely align with the objectives and deliverables of the Capability Pilot, including improving Product Owner capacity, portfolio visibility, Atlassian adoption, OKR alignment and refinement of the Agile Delivery Lead Playbook.
Essential
Skills & Experience We're looking for experienced delivery professionals who possess: ✔ 7+ years' experience in Agile delivery, project delivery or digital transformation.
✔ Experience working as an Agile Delivery Lead, Scrum Master, Delivery Lead or Iteration Manager.
✔ Robust facilitation skills.
✔ Exceptional stakeholder engagement capability.
✔ Experience supporting Product Owners.
✔ Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban.
