One of Australia's leading Federal Government agencies is looking to engage an experienced AI Business Enablement Specialist (Senior AI Specialist Business Analyst) to help shape and deliver AI-enabled business solutions across a major digital transformation program. The successful AI Business Enablement Specialist will be offered an initial 12-month contract with a 12-month extension option, based in Canberra with flexible hybrid working arrangements.

The successful AI Business Enablement Specialist will play a key role in identifying AI opportunities, translating business requirements into AI-enabled solutions and driving the adoption of responsible AI practices across the organisation.

The successful AI Business Enablement Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Lead AI discovery workshops and rapid prototyping.
- Develop user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Translate business needs into AI solutions.
- Support AI governance and compliance.




- Drive AI adoption and continuous improvement.

The successful AI Business Enablement Specialist will have experience in the following:

- Demonstrated Business Analyst experience in Agile environments.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform or Azure AI.
- Solid requirements gathering and workshop facilitation skills.
- Knowledge of responsible AI, privacy and governance.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and Miro.
