About the role:

We're looking for an AI Forward Deployed Lead to help enterprise organisations unlock real business value through Agentic AI.

This isn't a traditional Business Analyst or Product Manager role. You'll be embedded with clients, working directly with business stakeholders to uncover high-impact AI opportunities, rapidly prototype solutions, and drive outcomes from idea to implementation.

What you'll be doing

- Partner with business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and opportunities
- Lead discovery workshops and prioritise high-value initiatives
- Design and prototype Agentic AI solutions using LLMs and orchestration frameworks
- Develop rapid proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and demonstrate working solutions early to gather stakeholder feedback.
- Help organisations integrate AI agents into enterprise systems and business processes
- Act as a trusted advisor, driving AI adoption and measurable business outcomes

What we're looking for

- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, AI agents or multi-step LLM workflows




- Experience with prompt engineering and context engineering
- Exposure to orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen or similar
- Strong product discovery and stakeholder engagement skills
- Understanding of APIs, integrations and enterprise systems
- Ability to work independently in a client-facing consulting environment

Nice to have

- Experience with Azure AI, OpenAI, AWS or Google Cloud AI services
- AI certifications (hands-on experience is valued more than certifications)
