We are looking for an AI Governance & Enablement Lead, ANZ to help bring structure, accountability and momentum to how we govern and enable artificial intelligence across our ANZ business.

The role is based in Notting Hill and reports to our CFO / COO.

About the role This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with new technology to drive real business value and deliver a program of work to drive AI adoption and efficiency across all parts of the business. You will work with multiple teams to improve business routines underpinned by an effective governance process. You do not need to be a technical AI or machine learning specialist, but you will need a demonstrable understanding of how AI drives/ can drive business continuous improvement.

This role is focused on governance, coordination, change, adoption and value realisation. As the AI Governance & Enablement Lead, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of TTI ANZ's AI governance and enablement function. You will help ensure AI operates as part of normal business activity, with clear processes, regular forums, strong follow-through and measurable outcomes.

You will work closely with AI Champions, Fusion Teams, the AI Governance Council, IT & Data, Legal, People & Culture, and business stakeholders across Milwaukee and Consumer business units. What you'll be doing

Managing the end-to-end AI governance process, including use case submissions, risk and benefit assessments,



approvals and documentation.

Maintaining the AI use case register, governance documentation and supporting materials so they remain current, accessible and audit ready.

Coordinating the regular operating rhythm across the AI Governance Council, Fusion Teams and AI Champions network, including agendas, papers, minutes and action tracking.

Helping ensure AI use cases do not duplicate effort and that benefits are maximised across the ANZ business.

Tracking approved AI use cases through to implementation and business-as-usual adoption.

Leading the Post-Implementation Review process, including capturing lessons learned and validating benefit claims against the original business case.

Managing AI training and awareness activities, including AI literacy, responsible use guidance and tool-specific instruction.

Supporting the AI Champions Registry, including onboarding, cadence and recognition of Champions across functional areas.

Monitoring emerging AI tools, platforms and regulatory developments, then preparing recommendations for consideration by the AI Governance Council.

Providing clear reporting on AI governance performance, risks and value delivered.

About you You are a structured, organised and proactive professional who is comfortable working across multiple stakeholder groups. You can keep forums, actions and decisions moving, even when you do not have direct authority over all contributors. You will bring:

Strong experience in delivery of programs/projects,



governance, PMO or business transformation.

Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, committees or councils. A sound understanding of AI governance, risk and ethical use principles.

Experience tracking benefits realisation and/or managing Post-Implementation Reviews.

Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills.

Experience supporting training, change management or adoption programs.

Strong follow-through, attention to detail and the ability to keep activity moving across multiple teams.

A tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Technology, Project or Change Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
