JadeStart is a business coaching, consulting and marketing firm helping skin, aesthetic, and beauty clinic owners grow their businesses across Australia and internationally. We genuinely love the industry we work in and the clients we serve, and we want our marketing to reflect that same level of care. Inside our consulting firm, we run a full-service marketing agency for our clients, so they can focus on what they do best inside their clinics. This role is at the heart of that.

The role

This is a paid advertising production role. You'll be working behind the scenes creating, launching and managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for our clients.



Your focus is on producing high-quality campaigns across our client portfolio.

You focus on the campaigns. We'll handle the creative. Our in-house design team produces all of the images and videos for every campaign, so you can spend your time building great advertising campaigns—not designing creatives.

You'll work mostly independently, with clear briefs and a supportive team around you. If you're someone who loves getting into a flow state and knowing your work is making a real difference, this is that role.

Please note that, due to client locations and time zones, this job is available only to people living in Australia.

What a typical week looks like

• Building Meta advertising campaigns

- Building Google Ads campaigns
- Using AI workflows
- Working with creative assets supplied by our in-house design team
- Launching new client campaigns
- Making routine improvements and updates to live campaigns

What we'd love to see in you

You have a minimum of one year of hands-on experience building Google Ads and/or Meta Ads campaigns. You're comfortable inside Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. You enjoy building campaigns and take pride in the quality of what you produce.

You're proficient with AI and get excited about how much you achieve by using it.

You don't need design experience.



We have an in-house creative team that produces all of the images and videos for our campaigns, allowing you to focus on what you do best—building great advertising campaigns.

You embrace AI and enjoy learning new tools. Experience with Claude or similar AI tools will be highly regarded, but more importantly, you enjoy using AI to work smarter and deliver better outcomes.

You're organised, self-motivated, and you don't need someone looking over your shoulder to get things done well.

We're not asking for a marketing degree or agency experience. If you've spent at least one year building campaigns, enjoy paid advertising, and love using AI to improve your work, we'd love to meet you.

Hours

This is a casual remote position, commencing at approximately 15–25 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours as our client portfolio continues to grow.
