Job Summary

We are seeking an AI Prompt Engineer to design, develop, test, and optimise production-ready prompts for Microsoft 365 Copilot, supporting priority AI use cases and business processes. The role focuses on delivering scalable prompt solutions, establishing prompt engineering standards, and designing a reusable prompt library to enable consistent AI adoption across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, test,



and refine 20–30 production-ready prompts supporting 10–15 priority business tasks.
- Design prompts for Microsoft 365 Copilot with configurable inputs, sample outputs, exception handling, and optimisation for consistent results.
- Establish a standardised prompt engineering framework, including prompt architecture, templates, design principles, quality assurance, and governance.
- Document prompt assumptions, limitations, usage guidance, and reusable prompt patterns.
- Identify prompts suitable for future implementation as Microsoft Copilot Skills.
- Design and maintain a scalable Prompt Library, including taxonomy, metadata, categorisation, search, and navigation for efficient prompt reuse.

Key Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in AI Prompt Engineering, Generative AI, or Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Solid understanding of prompt design, testing, optimisation, and governance.
- Experience developing reusable prompt frameworks, templates, and documentation.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI prompt libraries is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
