About the Role Take the next step in your Allied Health Assistant career with one of Victoria's largest and most progressive Allied Health services. We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Grade 3 Allied Health Assistant to join our Occupational Therapy team at Kingston Centre in a full-time, ongoing position. Working within the Geriatric Evaluation and Management (GEM) stream, you'll play an important role in helping older adults regain independence, improve function and achieve the goals that matter most to them.

This is a hands-on clinical role with genuine variety. Working under the delegation and supervision of Occupational Therapists, you'll take ownership of a delegated caseload, deliver meaningful therapy interventions and become an integral member of the multidisciplinary rehabilitation team. As a Grade 3 AHA, you'll also have opportunities to demonstrate leadership by supporting service improvement initiatives, contributing to workforce development and representing the Occupational Therapy AHA workforce across Monash Health.

With exciting changes to our models of care and an expanding scope of practice for Allied Health Assistants, there's never been a better time to join our team.

As an Allied Health Assistant, you'll often spend more one-on-one time with patients than anyone else on the rehabilitation team. It's these moments that make the role so rewarding.
