We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the accounting, taxation, finance, and administrative functions for our Australia and New Zealand operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full finance function, including financial reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, sales operations, budgeting, and month-end close. You will partner with both local and global stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, maintain strong internal controls, support external audits, and drive efficient financial processes.

1. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Administration
1. Oversee the preparation, management, and filing of official corporate documents, including RFPs, RFAs, invoices, contracts, and other supporting documentation.
2. Manage and coordinate day-to-day administrative activities, including the review and processing of corporate management invoices and related operational matters.
3. Ensure that administrative processes are performed accurately and in accordance with company policies, approval procedures, and documentation requirements
Accounting/Finance/Treasury
1. Bookkeeping and end-to-end financial accounting activities in Microsoft Dynamics AX and ensure the accurate preparation of financial statements.
2. Lead monthly, quarterly,
and annual financial closing processes under both AAS and IFRS, and report financial results to the Managing Director of Celltrion Healthcare Australia and the HQ Global Finance team.
3. Manage the preparation, review, and filing of statutory tax returns, including corporate income tax, GST, withholding taxes, and other applicable taxes, in compliance with Australian tax laws.
4. Oversee treasury operations, including payments, receipts, cash-flow forecasting, weekly cash reporting, and corporate card administration and settlement.
5. Review daily cash balances, bank transactions, monthly bank statements, and bank reconciliations.
6. Coordinate payroll accounting and reporting activities and support HR-related processes by preparing the necessary accounting, tax, and financial reporting documentation
7. Manage and monitor the company’s budget, including budget preparation, variance analysis, expenditure control, and periodic reporting to management and HQ.
2. WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial area.
- Previous experience in a multinational company’s accounting or finance team is preferred.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry is preferred.
3. SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Sound knowledge of accounting and financial reporting principles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A relevant professional accounting qualification, such as CA ANZ, CPA Australia, ACCA, or an equivalent international qualification, is preferred.
4. EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s Degree, Major in accounting preferred
