SQL and database validation skills, with experience troubleshooting complex integration and data-related issues. Hands-on experience testing Microsoft Dynamics CRM / CSW applications and working within Assistance / Insurance domain environments. Proficient in Azure DevOps for test management, defect tracking, reporting, and Agile delivery support.
