We are looking for motivated, sales-minded call centre agents to join our growing team in an appointment setting role.

This position is WORK FROM HOME (must be Australia based) and runs Monday to Friday, 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm AEST, making it ideal for people who want strong earning potential with excellent work–life balance.

The role involves outbound calls to both warm inquiries and potential new customers, speaking with homeowners about solar and other home solutions.

Important: This is not a hard sales role. Your job is simply to book qualified homeowners for a free in-home consultation with our specialists.

About the Role

Your core responsibility will be to contact homeowners who have expressed interest through social media or marketing campaigns, as well as reach out to potential new customers, and schedule a FREE in-home consultation with our solar specialists. You will be speaking with homeowners about the benefits of solar energy and other home solutions,



helping them understand the opportunity before booking an appointment.

Success in this role comes down to great communication, confidence on the phone, and consistency with call volume and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to homeowners who have shown interest in solar as well as potential new prospects
- Engage prospects in natural conversations (no rigid scripts)
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar and water filtration systems
- Book qualified prospects for a free in-home consultation
- Use the dialer system efficiently and correctly record call outcomes
- Handle objections professionally and guide prospects toward booking
- Maintain a high volume of outbound calls, including some cold calling
- Meet daily and weekly KPIs and targets
- Cross-promote additional products when appropriate to increase earning potential
- Work closely with the call centre team leader

Requirements

- 1 year + outbound call centre experience preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
- Positive attitude and strong motivation to succeed
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 1 pm – 6 pm AEST
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong influencing and relationship-building skills
- Good time management and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to clearly explain the benefits of solar to homeowners
- Comfortable working towards KPIs and targets
- Reliable internet connection, computer, headset, and quiet workspace
- Experience using dialer systems or strong computer literacy
