Join our team as a high-performing Coordinator and take the lead at an established and flourishing After School Care service located on the grounds of NAME Catholic Primary School, LOCATION . This is your prospect to make a meaningful impact within a vibrant and supportive community.
We have 2 location available: North Ryde and Meadowbank.
This is a Permanent, Full-Time position. Before and after school care plus Vacation care. Block shifts are available.

About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated professional with a genuine passion for childcare. As Coordinator , you will inspire your team with compassion, friendliness, and the ability to engage positively and productively with children.
Your Key Responsibilities:
As the Coordinator,
you will play a vital leadership role in shaping a positive, enriching environment for children, educators, and families. Your responsibilities will include:
- Create a safe, inclusive space – Champion a culture where every child and staff member feels welcome, supported, and respected
Stay organised and vigilant – Manage accurate attendance records and bookings to ensure consistent supervision and safety
Empower your team – Supervise and mentor educators , helping them grow in confidence and capability in their daily practice
Inspire young minds – Design and deliver engaging, educational programs , underpinned by thoughtful observations and reflection
Live the values – Support and promote the mission and ethos of the Catholic Church , embedding them in your day-to-day leadership
Build strong community ties – Nurture positive relationships with families, the school, and key community stakeholders
About You
To excel in this role, you will bring:
ADiploma in Early Childhood Education and Care .
Proven experience inOut of School Hours Care (OSHC) .
Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills
Is reliable, organised, and enthusiastic
Certification inChild Protection Training .
CurrentFirst Aid Certificates , including CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma management.
A validNSW Working With Children Check .
Completed the mandatory national child safety training via GECCKO.Register GECCKO
