The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Team Leader to join our dynamic operations team. This is a hands-on role with variety - ideal for a quick learner who enjoys critical thinking and decision making, has a valuable work ethic, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the customer service and provides sales team support on pricing, stock availability and customer analysis.

Provide back up for customer service team during peak periods of inbound calls.

Manage price increases including customer approval and system update.

Provide monthly reports on customer/ product sales and identify trends and opportunities.

Provide reports to the CEO and leadership team on key metrics.





Manage escalated customer relations and warranties.

Monitor products margins and investigate where required.

Assist in the launch of new products and services.

Local procurement, part maintenance and purchasing.

About You

Full working rights in Australia (Mandatory)

Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

A positive attitude and team-first mentality

Microsoft Office literate (Excel Mandatory)

Intermediate Hubspot experience (Mandatory)

Experience in equipment, components and machinery industry preferred

Adaptable and versatile to situations

Ability to lead and decision make

Minimum 3-5 years of customer service management experience required
