We're looking for a Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. Experience in recruitment isn't essential—we're more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine passion for working with people.
What you'll be doing
As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in supporting our Account Managers while managing the recruitment process for ongoing casual, perm and contract positions across a wide range of industries, including:
- Manufacturing
- Warehousing & Logistics
- Civil & Construction
- Office & Administration
- And many more
Your day-to‑day responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing and screening candidates
- Conducting phone interviews and reference checks
- Filling ongoing casual and contractual vacancies
- Managing candidate compliance and onboarding documentation
- Assisting Account Managers with administrative and recruitment support
- Building strong relationships with candidates and ensuring a positive recruitment experience
