We're looking for an experienced Qualified Electrician who enjoys variety, working independently and being part of a supportive team.

Commercial Service Electrician / PPM Technician

Sydney CBD & Metropolitan Sydney

About the Role

You'll be responsible for maintaining electrical assets across commercial office buildings, responding to service calls, completing preventative maintenance and identifying opportunities to improve our clients' electrical infrastructure.

Your day may include:

- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
- Reactive maintenance and breakdowns
- Electrical fault finding and repairs
- Emergency & exit lighting testing
- RCD testing
- Switchboard inspections
- Minor electrical installations and upgrades
- Preparing defect reports and recommendations
- Completing electronic job reports using Simpro
- Participating in a rotating on-call roster (approximately 1 week in 4)

About You





You'll be someone who takes pride in your work, enjoys working directly with clients and wants to build a long-term career with a respected company.

Essential

- Current NSW Electrical Licence
- Current White Card
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Commercial electrical maintenance experience
- Strong fault-finding skills
- Excellent communication and customer service
- Ability to work independently and manage your day
- Commitment to quality workmanship and workplace safety

Desirable

- Experience with Simpro or similar job management software
- EWP Licence
- Working at Heights
- CPR/LVR
- Experience in commercial office buildings or facilities maintenance
