We're looking for someone who:

- Is confident in the treatment room and communicates with professionalism.




- Has a genuine passion for skin health and helping clients achieve real results.
- Has experience performing advanced skin treatments, facials and beauty services.
- Laser experience is highly regarded.
- Loves learning and is excited by ongoing education and new technology.
- Enjoys setting goals and celebrating client results.
- Takes ownership of their work and consistently delivers a high standard.
- Builds trust through education and honest recommendations.
- Thrives in a collaborative environment where everyone contributes to the success of the clinic.
- Holds a Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent).

What you'll be doing

Every day is different, but your role will include:

- Delivering advanced skin and beauty treatments tailored to each client's goals.
- Conducting comprehensive consultations and creating personalised treatment plans.
- Educating clients on treatment pathways and home care recommendations.
- Performing treatments with confidence, professionalism and attention to detail.
- Building genuine, long-term relationships with clients.
- Maintaining exceptional clinical standards throughout every treatment.
- Contributing to a positive team culture while continuing to develop your own skills.
