As an Upholsterer, you will play a crucial role in the production and assembly of premium quality marine products. This full-time position is based in our up-to-date facility in Murarrie, where you will be responsible for the skilled application of fabrics, padding, upholstery covers and fitting, cabin lining, floor and carpets + canopy and canvas work alongside other materials to create beautifully finished pieces.

What your roll looks like
- Cutting, fitting, and securing fabrics, foams, and other materials according to design specifications
- Operating a variety of hand and power tools to complete upholstery tasks
- Ensuring a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail
- Collaborating with the production team to meet deadlines and maintain efficient workflows
- Adhering to all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as an upholsterer or trimmer.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and dexterity
- Knowledge of materials, tools, and techniques used in the upholstery trade
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work as part of a team to achieve production goals
