We are looking for a motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about improving business operations, analyzing performance data, and driving process optimization through data-driven insights. As an Operations Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate operational performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and support strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency, productivity, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze operational processes, workflows, and business performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Collect, validate, and interpret operational data to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend practical solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Support business process improvement, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Sales, and other departments to optimize workflows and business performance.
- Prepare analytical reports, presentations, and executive summaries for management and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, operational targets, and performance outcomes.
- Maintain and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational documentation.
- Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to support business planning and operational strategy.




- Assist with digital transformation and continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in operations analysis, business analysis, process improvement, consulting, or related roles is preferred.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, R, or other analytical tools is a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a quick-paced environment.
- Experience using AI-powered productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms is an advantage.
