Our stores are a hub that connect our customers to events, influencers, and trends, allowing them to live life on their terms. The Role We are looking for an experienced and energetic Full-time Store Manager to join the team at our Brookvale store!

Key Responsibilities

- Create a customer-centric culture by creating a supportive, development-focused setting that delivers exceptional people and customer experiences.
- Lead the store team to achieve KPIs and operational efficiencies by setting clear expectations and managing performance across Sales, People, Compliance, Visual Merchandising, Wages, and Safety.
- Oversee daily store operations, including team leadership, stock management, loss prevention, store presentation, and promotional set-up.
- Effectively manage wages to balance profitability, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
- Review store performance, sales results, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and develop strategies that improve business performance and service outcomes.
- Coach, train, and develop the team to build capability, drive performance, and support their career growth.
- Oversee recruitment, development, and retention of talent within the store, ensuring a high-performing and engaged team.
- Maintain a safe, compliant,



and positive work environment by ensuring all Workplace Health & Safety and company policy requirements are met.
- Champion retail projects and initiatives, ensuring the store team understands and delivers on organisational objectives.
- Support ongoing learning and development across all levels of the store team, empowering future leaders within the business.

About You

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or minimum 3 years' experience in a customer service-focused management role
- Experience in fast-paced retail, FMCG, or hospitality environments is highly regarded.
- Proven ability to drive sales performance and manage operations to achieve targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and hands-on approach to store operations and team engagement.

This is a full-time position working an average of 38 hours per week.

- Annual income for standard 38 hour week is $80,000 to $90,000 plus superannuation commensurate with industry rate, skills and experience.
