Alto Automotive Group is one of Australia’s most respected automotive dealer groups, and we’re continuing to grow. An exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced New Car Sales Manager to lead our GWM dealership at Castle Hill.

This role is ideal for a driven, people‑focused sales leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is passionate about delivering results, developing teams, and providing exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

As the New Car Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the new vehicle department, including sales volume, profitability, customer satisfaction, and team engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading, coaching, and motivating a high‑performing New Car Sales team
- Driving sales performance through effective lead management, stock control, and pricing strategies
- Managing day‑to‑day operations of the new car department
- Ensuring exceptional customer experience and strong CSI results
- Working closely with Finance & Insurance, Service, and Marketing teams




- Implementing manufacturer and group processes and standards
- Analysing sales data, forecasts, and KPIs to maximise results

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Proven experience as a New Car Sales Manager or Senior Sales Leader in automotive retail
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
- A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- A customer‑first mindset with attention to detail
- Strong organisational, CRM, and reporting skills
- A current driver’s licence

Experience with GWM or a fast‑growing franchise will be highly regarded, but not essential.
