Your Story Community Supports is seeking an experienced Operations & Service Delivery Manager to lead SIL and Community Participation across Western Sydney. You will own performance, quality and sustainability of service delivery, ensuring participant focus, financial viability and full NDIS compliance.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will mentor Team Leaders and frontline staff, drive workforce planning, rostering efficiency and governance.
