What You'll Do
- Lead and support the Care Services team to deliver exceptional injury management outcomes
- Manage Cater Care's national Workers'Compensation portfolio across all Australian jurisdictions
- Provide strategic advice on injury management, rehabilitation and legislative compliance
- Oversee claim costs, premium performance and financial reporting for senior leadership and the Board
- Build strong partnerships with insurers, rehabilitation providers and operational leaders
- Drive continuous improvement across care services, governance and recovery outcomes
About You
- Proven experience leading and developing high performing teams
- Extensive Workers' Compensation claims management experience across Australia
- Allied Health qualification with expertise in injury management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong leadership, negotiation and commercial decision making capability
- Passion for creating positive outcomes for both employees and the business
