THE ROLE

Be the engine room of our logistics operation.

As our 3PL Logistics Coordinator, you'll be the central point of contact between our clients, freight carriers, and warehouse partners, making sure vehicles and associated freight move on time, in full, and without a hitch. You'll be working directly with the leadership team in the early stages, which means real visibility, real responsibility, and real chance to grow as we do.

What you'll be doing:

- Plan, book, and track inbound freight movements, road, air, and sea, across our growing network of 3PL providers and carriers
- Manage freight exceptions from start to finish, keeping clients informed every step of the way
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our carrier and 3PL partners, you'll be a key voice in establishing those partnerships from day one
- Serve as the primary contact for our client accounts, delivering proactive communication and a service standard we're proud of
- Keep our WMS and TMS records accurate and up to date, and produce meaningful reporting that helps the business make smart decisions
- Coordinate warehouse activities including inbound scheduling, outbound dispatch,



and inventory management
- Help us get our compliance foundations right, Chain of Responsibility, and import requirements
- Contribute ideas, flag problems early, and help us build processes that actually work, we want people who think, not just execute

ABOUT YOU

You'll need:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a logistics, freight, or supply chain coordination role, 3PL background highly regarded
- Knowledge of customs, import documentation, or international freight forwarding
- Solid understanding of freight and transport operations across road, air, and/or sea modes
- Hands-on experience with WMS and/or TMS platforms
- Sharp attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball
- Clear, confident communication skills, with clients, carriers, and your own team
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
- A self-starter attitude, in a start-up environment, initiative isn't optional

Desirable but not essential:

- Experience with automotive or vehicle import/export logistics
- Certificate III or IV in Logistics or Supply Chain Operations
