Want to spend the next five years designing another apartment building?
Or would you rather help design hospitals that thousands of Western Australians depend on every day?
If you're comfortable where you are, this probably isn't the role for you.
But if you're looking for work that will challenge you, accelerate your development and give you the opportunity to contribute to some of the state's most significant healthcare projects, we'd like to hear from you.
Why join us?
This role isn't about doing more of the same.
It's about stepping into complex, high-impact projects that will expand your technical capability, develop your leadership skills and expose you to some of Australia's most experienced healthcare architects.
You'll have the prospect to work on:
- Tertiary hospitals
- Billion-dollar healthcare developments
- Multidisciplinary health planning
- Operating theatres and clinical environments
- Research and laboratory facilities
- Complex stakeholder and government projects
- Long-term projects spanning 5–10 years
- Highly technical design and documentation
These are the kinds of projects that define careers.
What makes us different
Our architects join us because they've reached a point where they want bigger challenges,
greater responsibility and projects they can genuinely be proud of.
You'll work alongside experienced healthcare architects who have spent decades delivering some of Australia's most complex hospital projects.
They'll mentor you, challenge your thinking and trust you with genuine responsibility—not simply another set of mark-ups.
We believe great architects do their best work when they're trusted. That's why we:
- Trust our people to make decisions.
- Give architects genuine ownership of projects.
- Invest heavily in professional development.
- Promote from within wherever possible.
- Support growth without micromanagement.
About you
You'll have at least five years' architectural experience and enjoy solving complex design problems while continuing to develop your career.
You may already have healthcare experience, or you may be looking to transition from commercial, education, public or other complex building sectors into one of architecture's most rewarding specialisations.
Most importantly, you're looking for work that matters.
If you're ready to accelerate your career and help shape the future of healthcare infrastructure in Western Australia, we'd love to hear from you.
