Adbri’s Independent Cement & Lime is seeking a hands-on Production Team Leader to manage the afternoon shift at Kembla Grange. You will lead a small team of Production Operators, operate equipment, troubleshoot issues and drive protected, efficient production on the floor.
Working with the Site Manager and Maintenance, you will embed new equipment, develop operator capability and foster a strong safety culture on site.
