ABOUT THE ROLE:
Our Rehabilitation Consultants work closely with clients to assess their needs, develop and implement rehabilitation plans, and monitor progress while promoting a safe and durable return to work.

- Labour Market Analysis
- CTP Claims
- Physical and Psychological Claims
- Case Coordination
- Job Seeking Support and Cold Canvassing
- Return to Work Planning
- Case Conferencing with Key Stakeholders
You’ll work within a multidisciplinary Allied Health team, with access to supportive treating practitioners and medical specialists.
ABOUT YOU:
We're looking for a passionate and motivated Rehabilitation Consultant for our New Employer team who has:
- Current Full Member or Associate Member status with the Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC) — essential (Associate Members early in their ASORC journey are welcome to apply)
- Understanding of Workers Compensation and CTP injury structures highly regarded, but not essential — we welcome new grads
- A good understanding of the challenges injured workers face when job‑detached - highly regarded
- Excellent time‑management and communication skills
- Strong ability to work both independently and within a team
- A proven track record of high‑quality care and exceptional customer service
- Current driver’s licence and own vehicle
- Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with a strong sense of customer service and problem‑solving ability.
