- Compile and maintain lists of prospective client businesses and build a qualified sales pipeline
- Acquire and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Refundid's products and services, competitors' offerings and market conditions
- Engage regular and prospective clients to establish and act on selling opportunities
- Assess customer needs and explain the products and services that meet them
- Promote Refundid's ICT products and services to existing and prospective clients
- Quote and negotiate prices and terms, complete contracts and record orders
- Coordinate delivery and provision of services
- Report to sales management on sales achieved and the marketability of products and services
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues and arrange modifications where required
- Prepare sales reports and maintain records of business activity and expenses
What You'll Bring
- A relevant qualification and/or at least 5 years equivalent industry experience
- Demonstrated experience in ICT, software or technology sales
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation and relationship-management skills
- Ability to understand technical products and articulate their value to clients
