Grand Pacific Health is seeking a Youth Access Worker for headspace Tuggeranong. This fixed-term, part time role (22.5-30 hours per week) runs until 30 June 2027 with potential extension subject to funding.
You will assess mental health and psychosocial needs and provide early intervention counselling and supports to young people referred to headspace. The role involves short-term counselling, running therapeutic groups, intake assessments and coordinating services within and beyond headspace.
