Junior and Youth Activities (Pathways) Coordinator
The Noosa Heads Surf Life Saving Club is seeking an organised and enthusiastic Junior and Youth Activities Coordinator to champion our member development pathways. This vital position provides comprehensive administrative and operational support across two key areas. First, you will oversee the seamless delivery of our Junior Activities (Nipper) Program for ages 5–13.
Second, you will actively design and execute engagement strategies tailored for youth members aged 14–18. A primary objective of this role is managing the critical transition into senior club membership by introducing targeted social functions and activities that maximize retention within this demographic.
