- Friday: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm

ARE YOU A LEADER

We are looking for a self-driven Club Operations Manager who is confident in sales, member retention, leadership and driving results.

This is a role for someone who enjoys closing sales, leading people, and taking ownership of a business.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Take ownership of the club’s performance
- Proactively convert leads into memberships
- Follow up all enquiries via phone, SMS, email and walk-ins
- Build referral partnerships and local business relationships
- Coach staff to improve sales conversion rates
- Reduce cancellations and improve member experience
- Ensure members feel supported and engaged
- Oversee cleanliness, organisation and presentation of the club




- Ensure the facility is always presented to a high standard
- Maintain equipment and overall gym presentation
- Create a welcoming, community-focused environment
- Build relationships with local businesses and stakeholders
- Manage club social media pages
- Create engaging content with staff
