About the Role

As our Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers. You will be responsible for developing existing customer relationships, generating new business opportunities, and providing product advice and solutions that help our customers achieve their goals.

Working closely with the Manager and internal teams, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth while maintaining PolyPipe's reputation for exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate sales leads through relationship-building, prospecting, and cold calling.
- Contact customers via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
- Prepare and follow up quotations.




- Negotiate pricing and close sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships.
- Provide product information and technical advice where required.
- Process sales orders and maintain accurate customer records.
- Work closely with logistics, production, and customer service teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Monitor market activity and competitor trends.

About You
