Key Responsibilities – Reporting to the Development Manager

- Assist in managing property development projects from acquisition through to completion and settlement.
- Co-ordinate development, subdivision and servicing approvals to keep projects on track.
- Liaise with local governments, WAPC, Western Power, Water Corporation and other key stakeholders.
- Assist manage project programs, approvals and critical path timelines.
- Help engage and co-ordinate consultants including planners, surveyors, engineers and environmental specialists.
- Prepare project updates and reports for senior management.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, approvals and consultant agreements.
- Build solid relationships with consultants, authorities,



contractors and sales agents.

Ideal Candidate

- Must live in Perth, West Australia.
- Must be an Australian Citizen.
- Highly organised and proactive.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in property development, project management, town planning, engineering or a related field.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Must have a C-Class Driver's Licence.
