About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Assistant Store Manager to support the leadership of a luxury boutique at Chadstone. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will play a key role in inspiring the team, delivering exceptional client experiences, and driving store performance. Your passion for retail excellence and ability to lead from the front will contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs. Your success will be recognised through a generous commission and bonus structure.
Skills Required:
- Minimum 2–3 years of retail leadership experience (Supervisor/Assistant Manager level)
- Proactive approach to clienteling, networking, and in-store events
- Strong ability to motivate and support a team to achieve KPIs and targets
- Experience in luxury or premium retail sales
- Eye for detail with visual merchandising standards
- Proven ability to drive sales and support profitability
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Ability to foster a positive, high-performance team culture
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A passion for luxury retail and building long-term client relationships
