About the Role

As an Associate Event Producer, you'll become an extension of the En Pointe team, working across selected projects from concept development through to event delivery.

Depending on the project, you'll work alongside our Creative Director, Senior Producers and production team, supporting the planning, coordination and onsite delivery of events. Every project is different, offering variety, new challenges and the opportunity to work with an incredible mix of clients and collaborators.

This role is ideal for an experienced event professional looking for the flexibility of freelance work while becoming part of a passionate and highly creative team.

What You'll Be Doing

- Collaborating with the En Pointe team to deliver exceptional events from concept through to completion.




- Managing allocated project components including timelines, suppliers and logistics.
- Building strong relationships with clients, venues and suppliers.
- Preparing production schedules, run sheets and event documentation.
- Assisting with creative development and event planning.
- Coordinating bump-ins, event delivery and bump-outs.
- Managing suppliers and contractors onsite.
- Supporting budget tracking and project administration.
- Representing En Pointe with professionalism and attention to detail at every touchpoint.

Work Across Australia While many of our projects are Melbourne-based, we're increasingly delivering events interstate, particularly in Sydney.

As an Associate Event Producer, you'll have the prospect to travel with the team to deliver major events, property launches, brand activations and corporate experiences. Travel requirements will vary depending on each project.

About You

You'll thrive in fast-paced environments and genuinely love creating exceptional experiences.

You'll bring

- A minimum of 5 years' experience in event management, experiential marketing or event production.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Excellent stakeholder and supplier management.
- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure.
- High attention to detail.
- Flexibility to travel and work outside standard business hours when required.




- A willingness to jump in wherever needed - because no two event days are ever the same.
