Join a leading galvanizing facility in Padstow on a Temp to Perm basis

Our client is a well-established and respected galvanizing company based in Padstow and is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Trade Assistant to join their busy team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is mechanically minded, enjoys hands-on work, and is looking to build a long-term career in the manufacturing industry.

Duties include:

- Assisting fabricators with the preparation and assembly of steel products
- Using a variety of hand and power tools
- General workshop duties and housekeeping
- Moving materials throughout the workshop
- Supporting the production team to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently

To be successful you will have:

- A mechanical aptitude and the ability to use hand and power tools
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or trade environment (preferred)
- A solid work ethic and willingness to learn




- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A high level of physical fitness, as the role involves being on your feet and walking throughout the day
- A commitment to workplace health and safety
