About the role
We are looking for a recent Spare Parts/Accessory Salesperson to join our team doing;
- Spare part and accessory sales – phone and in store
- Provide parts for workshop servicing needs
- Ordering and receiving parts and accessory stock
- Proactively follow up customer quotes and orders
- Showroom merchandising and presentation
About you
- Demonstrated mechanical knowledge and experience in a similar role in the motorcycle or automotive industry. Motorcycles product knowledge a strong advantage
- Excellence in customer service including building rapport and managing the customer journey effectively
- High level of initiative and action orientation, time management coupled with good attention to detail
- Presents and communicates professionally by phone and in face to face interactions
- Ability to work a 5 day roster over Monday – Saturday
- Must hold clean current cardrivers license
- Strong level of computer literacy and previous experience in C9 software would be an advantage
