Sy's Harley-Davidson® is searching for an experienced Service Advisor to lead our busy service department.

Duties include:

- Work closely with the Dealer Principal to ensure the successful operation of the service department.
- Manage all day to day operations in a busy workshop.




- Ensure workshop is operating at optimum capacity and KPI's are achieved.
- Liaise with the Parts Manager to ensure timelines are met.
- Provide best possible customer service at all times whilst leading a team of technicians.

About you:

- Experienced Service Manager or Advisor in automotive or motorcycles.
- Exceptional customer service and people management skills.
- Technical knowledge and theability to interpret.
- Reliable and enthusiastic with a robust work ethic able to motivate and support your team of mechanics.
- Passionate for motorcycles.
