About the Role

We're growing our HR and recruitment function and looking for someone to own the initial recruitment process end-to-end — from the moment a client kicks off a new hire, through to that person successfully starting in their role.

You’ll work closely with clients to understand what they need, partner with our Vietnam-based recruitment team to source and screen candidates, and run the crucial second-stage interviews that assess whether a candidate is the right cultural and communication fit for the client they’ll be working with. You’ll then support the client through their own interview process and manage everything through to a signed offer and a successful start date.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients once a new role is confirmed, including introductions and ongoing communication
- Work with clients to define job descriptions, confirm interview processes, and agree budgets




- Partner with ADT's Vietnam-based recruitment team throughout candidate sourcing and screening
- Conduct second-stage candidate interviews, assessing communication skills and cultural fit against the client's needs
- Prepare candidate summaries and present shortlists to clients
- Support clients through their own interview stages with shortlisted candidates
- Manage the offer, contract, and onboarding process through to a candidate's successful start
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients as their go-to contact for recruitment

About You

- You're interested in building a career in HR, recruitment, or people-related roles
- You're a strong communicator who's comfortable talking to clients and candidates alike
- You're organised and can manage multiple concurrent processes without things falling through the cracks
- You care about people — this role is as much about getting the right cultural fit as it is about ticking process boxes
- Previous recruitment or HR experience is a plus, but not essential — we're looking for the right attitude and aptitude as much as a resume
