We’re looking for passionate and reliable Support Workers to join our growing team across the Central Coast Region and make a meaningful difference in the lives of people in your local community.

What a day can look like

Every day is different. You might:





- Support a client with personal care, medication assistance, and daily routines
- Help with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Assist clients with grocery shopping, appointments, and community activities
- Encourage independence by providing support tailored to each person’s goals and preferences

No two days are the same — every visit is an opportunity to make a real difference.

What you’ll bring

- A genuine passion for helping others and making a positive impact
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or currently working towards it (roles may also be available for those without qualifications)
- A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- First Aid and CPR certification
- WWCC and current Police Check/NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain
- Confidence using a smartphone or tablet to complete daily tasks and documentation

What we offer

- Permanent part-time opportunities: $34.42 – $36.23 per hour + 12% super
- $1.01/km travel allowance and a work mobile provided
