Novon Lighting is seeking a strategic Product Manager to own and drive product category strategy, guided by market and client research. You will translate requirements into explicit specifications, collaborate with Engineering, Production, Sales, Marketing and QA, and ensure compliance with Australian standards and energy regulations.

You will contribute to pricing analysis, ROI assessments, and roadmap development while leveraging NPI/stage-gate processes to deliver successful launches.
