One Door Mental Health is expanding its Distress Brief Support services in Tamworth and seeks a Program Specialist to lead and coach a team of Peer Practitioners. The role is full time and fixed-term until 30 June 2027, based in Tamworth, with a focus on recovery-oriented practice and Intentional Peer Support.
You will work closely with the Program Manager, provide supervision and workforce development, and engage with stakeholders to ensure person-centred distress support.
