Day-to-day responsibilities

- Support the Store Manager in leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Lead from the front by coaching, mentoring and developing your team to create a high-performing and engaged store environment
- Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values





What success looks like in this role

- Demonstrated success leading and developing large retail teams in a fast-paced environment
- A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to create MECCA-magic moments.
- Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development
- Genuine care for people, and always striving for the best possible team member experience
