As a reputable marketing, social media and design agency, we are looking for our next enthusiastic and driven Marketing Coordinator.

We pride ourselves on developing exciting campaigns and offering holistic strategic marketing. We offer something that other agencies cannot – an all-hands-on-deck, think tank approach to PR, marketing, social media, communications, digital content, websites and design.

About the Role

Our Marketing Coordinators are the multi-tasking superstars in our busy agency office. Working across our client portfolio, this role provides a wonderful opportunity to grow within an agency and learn the ropes to work towards a Marketing Account Manager role within a fast-paced environment.

This is an entry level position, suitable for an eager, results-oriented individual looking to get their foot in the door of the marketing industry.

Your role would include

- Developing & circulating PR media releases
- Copywriting for websites, newsletters, blogs, media and marketing materials
- Support with direct client and stakeholder communication, and media liaison
- Editing & proofreading content




- Reporting and evaluation to drive continual improvement
- Contribute to content strategy development and implementation
- Administrative tasks as required

Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel

An enthusiastic personality witha willingness to learn new skills

Strong attention to detail

A welcoming and professionalmanner

Social media proficiency across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube and Tik Tok

A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Public Relations, Communication, Journalism, Social Media, Media or Marketing

Experience in the communication or marketing industry

Experience in customer service

Experience in administration

Experience in generating social media content on behalf of clients

Experience in using Wordpress, Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram Ads
