Senior Analyst / Associate

I'm currently partnering with a highly regarded specialist real estate private credit manager to appoint a Senior Analyst or Associate to its Sydney investment team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a boutique, entrepreneurial platform where you'll gain exposure across the entire investment lifecycle rather than being confined to a single function.

You'll work alongside an experienced investment team across 10–15 transactions each year, with responsibilities including:

- Financial modelling & credit analysis
- Due diligence & investment papers
- Transaction execution
- Portfolio management & monitoring
- Investment Committee support
- Working directly with borrowers, banks & intermediaries The business has built a strong reputation through disciplined investing, long-term relationships and a conservative approach to real estate lending. Rather than chasing rapid FUM growth,



the focus is on delivering consistent outcomes and protecting investor capital.

A key attraction of this role is the breadth of exposure. Beyond execution, there is a genuine pathway into business development and loan origination as your career progresses.
