Role: Automation Tester (Playwright + API + UI)

Permanent (Fulltime)

Location: Sydney

- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using

Playwright for web application testing.

- Perform

API testing using REST APIs with tools such as Postman or Playwright API libraries.

- Execute manual UI testing to validate application functionality, usability, and user experience.

- Design and maintain scalable automation frameworks following industry best practices.

- Create, review, and execute test cases, test plans, and regression test suites.

- Identify, log, track, and verify defects while working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.

- Integrate automated test suites into

CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions,



or Azure DevOps.

- Write and maintain test scripts using

JavaScript/TypeScript

(or relevant programming language) with Playwright.

- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams to understand requirements and ensure complete test coverage.

- Ensure software quality by performing functional, regression, smoke, API, and end-to-end testing while adhering to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
