About the Role

This diverse position includes responsibilities across our Service and Parts departments, including:

Service Advisor

- Greeting customers and booking service appointments.
- Preparing estimates and explaining repairs.
- Keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.
- Coordinating workshop schedules with technicians.




- Delivering exceptional customer service from drop-off to vehicle collection.

Parts Interpreter

- Identifying and supplying genuine automotive parts.
- Preparing parts for workshop jobs.
- Liaising with suppliers and maintaining stock accuracy.
- Assisting both technicians and retail customers.

Warranty Administration

- Processing manufacturer warranty claims accurately and efficiently.
- Ensuring all supporting documentation meets manufacturer requirements.
- Following up outstanding warranty submissions.
- Maintaining accurate warranty records and compliance.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in an automotive dealership (service, parts, or warranty).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Good computer skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
