What you'll be doing
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Demonstrate and showcase Volkswagen vehicles, highlighting their features and benefits
- Negotiate and close sales, ensuring a seamless purchasing experience for customers
- Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and follow up on sales opportunities
- Collaborate with the wider team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Provide post-sale support and build long-term relationships with customers
What we're looking for
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers
- Strong negotiation and closing skills,
with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and a passion for Volkswagen vehicles
- A proactive and driven approach to achieving sales targets
- Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is an advantage
