Qualifications & experience
- barista experience preferred but not a must, coffee training will be provided
- have a warming and welcoming personality
- work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of work due to a busy environment
- to be able to work as part of a team
- have clear English speaking skills and communication skills
Tasks & responsibilities
- provide exceptional customer service in a bakery setting
- be confident in upselling
- make sandwiches and wraps to order
- make high quality, barista style coffee
- set up and pack down of bakery each day including (but not limited to): setting up sandwich bar and bakery goods on display, cleaning of all surfaces and cabinets, sweeping and mopping of floors, cleaning restrooms
- attending to in store customers and drive through customers, as well as Uber, Door Dash and catering orders
- must be available most days over a 7 day roster (from 7am-5pm)
