About the role The Rose of Australia Hotel located in Erskineville is a popular and busy pub where we serve our locals, friends and those hosting functions and events. You'll be working as part of a team in a fast paced venue delivering the magic that keep people coming back for more. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and bartending duties in a lively and dynamic hospitality environment.

What you'll be doing

- Providing friendly and attentive service

- Preparing and serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

- Taking food orders and delivering to the tables

- Collaborating with the team to ensure the smooth running of the bar

- Part of a team running multiple events throughout the weekend

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in a similar bar or hospitality role at least 6 - 12 months

- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor

- Knowledge of responsible service of alcohol and bar operations

- RSA certification must be obtained before starting employment

- Cocktail experience or RCG experience is an advantage




- A passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional guest experiences

- You must be able to work over weekends, with essential availability Saturday on a regular basis

- Looking for extra shifts coverage leading into November & December

- Living local is an advantage, as is having transport to get home
